2. Texas home insurance hasn’t helped either….while some got a tax break last year preoare furnace massive increase to mortgage payments in 2025.

3. Who is ever going to say that housing doesn’t cost too much?

   Texas is actually doing better than most places. Zoning reform has caused a boom in new construction. Housing prices are actually dropping in Austin, Houston, San Antonio, etc. It could always be cheaper, but I hope a lot of other city governments look to what is happening in Texas.

4. Build more ya dopes. You got all that land.

5. Everyone everywhere says that housing costs too much.

6. Are 9/10 Texans not home owners? Housing can be affordable or an investment.
