Russia retaliates after reported push by Ukraine into Russian territory

Russia is retaliating against a reported push by Ukraine into Russian territory. Russia’s military put out a video that claims to show an attack on Ukrainian soldiers near Russia’s Kursk region, which is now the scene of fierce fighting.

  1. The russian did not "retaliate". They are in panic and do not know what to do. They post fake videos. And the Ukrainians are just starting

  2. The "special military operation" is a unmitigated disaster for Putin. This is a fact. 1) Thousands of Russian tanks, APCs, MLRS, anti-aircraft, planes, ships, and submarine, destroyed. Half the Black Sea fleet destroyed. The Russian war machine degraded to a hollow shell of it's former self. 2) NATO on the other hand has INCREASED in size 3) Further, NATO countries have drastically increased their military spending and weapons production. 4) Putin is now a sad pariah and can't travel to the Western world in fear of being arrested. 5) Putin has to sell his oil at huge discounts. Can't sell natural gas to Europe. Massive pull out of Western business from Russia and zero Western investment in Russia. 6) Putin has to now beg small, backwards countries, like Iran and N. Korea for help. 7) Putin is now subservient to China. One wrong move and his economy is finished. 8) Even China, Putin's supposed ally, won't send him weapons. 9) Russia's weapons have been exposed (again) as subpar and arms exports have been decimated. 10) Russia's military has been exposed as a joke. The only thing that has kept the Russian military alive this long is the threat of Soviet nuclear weapons. 11) Russia itself has been now been invaded and locals are helping Ukraine. 12) Over a hundred thousand Russian soldiers wounded, maimed, and killed. 13) Shockingly, Putin and his 2nd most powerful military in the world has not even come close to achieving his goals. 2 years of war and the Ukraine government still stands. The Ukraine military still stands, but now is flush with Western Weapons with $$ billions more still to be delivered. 14) Ironically and tragically, Putin utterly destroyed the Russian Speaking part of Eastern Ukraine he said he was going "save". Entire towns, cities, wiped off the map. Nothing but rubble. Families destroyed, children kidnapped. Nothing accomplished. Nothing "saved". Putin's legacy is destroyed and Russia's reputation will take generations to recover. That's the reality of Putin's "special military operation".

  5. The best form of defence is offence, Ukraine should take Moscow and St Petersburg and see if Putin wants them back in exchange for the 1991 borders.

  16. Russia did not retaliate because they cant. Pure fiction. They did not halt the Ukraine invasion and there are now 3000 soldiers there up from the 300 and they are moving forward.

  27. not to surprised this happened considering wagner was un challenged heading to moscow. putin and him made a deal and pulled his troops. shortly after was murdered on airplane

  30. You can tell Putin was seething. Plucky Ukraine did it again. Strategically, it wouldn't change much but politically, Putin had a lot of explaining to do to his people. After expending the lives of so many young Russians to build this buffer zone in Ukraine, Ukraine still struck into Russia with ease.

  39. Remember the horrible pictures a couple of years ago when Ukrainian families had to evacuate there home towns from Putlers bombardments of homes, hospitals and schools, back at you Putin, sorry to the Russian families that you are now experiencing the same but only one man to blame, Putin.

  42. This is the end of the currently extremely corrupt and robbed army of the Russian Federation. Just analyze the facts from the war, from Chechnya. The first Chechen war, the Russians had so many problems that they had to stop continuing the war (the Chechens had weapons similar to those in the Russian army). If there were such big problems in Chechnya, what can we say about what is happening now? Currently, this is the end of the army of the Russian Federation, as can be seen from the tanks from the 1960s. Where if they don't have any tanks in a given area, even from the 1960s, they attack on motorcycles and trucks, where there is a huge number of deaths in such a completely hopeless attack. This is the end of this army, where only the papers say it is 100 percent, but in fact there are equipment shortages. This is neither the fault of the Ukrainian army nor NATO, it is the fault of the Russian head who has to steal and steal… And this will not change, 600,000 Russians have died, more than 1,000,000 will die. This is the end of this problematic army. The Kremlin and TV propaganda people say what they say because they have to. The Ukrainian army will win, this is already visible from the realities.
