Covid will be with us for the rest of our lives. It will rise and fall for decades. Get vaccinated is the best advice, but people will move on.

I’ll be interested to see if the companies who are demanding their staff come back to the office change their minds if they have problems with people being off sick.
It’ll do what Delta did: stay at a certain level forever (or until we have better vaccines), basically. It’ll probably fluctuate round the 100k mark for the foreseeable future anyway.
