Is the buyer’s market incredibly shit down there? The only way I could see anyone even thinking about paying this is if they desperately needed a place to live in Limerick and there was nothing else available at all.

It sold for €530,000 last year according to the [PPR](https://propertypriceregisterireland.com/details/4_waterville_ennis_road_co_limerick_ireland-504363/).
It’s 1,700 square foot, 5 bedroomed and has 2 ensuites while being in one of the more expensive areas in Limerick.
What about any of this makes you think it’s a ‘Very normal house’?
The rent tag is ludicrous and good luck to them getting it, but g’way with the ‘normal’ nonsense.
