Just heard in a new video from Ukraine Matters out this evening, Ukrainian forces are 25 km from the city of Kursk (440K inhabitants) and 20 km from NPP Kursk. Apparently the civilian population is totally passive and the armed resistance is police-style forces that are being defeated as they move along. Reminiscent of the Wagner operation. This is a HUGE deal.
