  7. It’s cool that this is generating a lot of interest and as a result more campaign cash. For me though, the MAGA hats ruined wearing any political merch for me. But they do like awesome.

    I usually don’t even wear hats, but I’ll be wearing the shit out of this one in my unfortunately Red neck of the woods.

  29. This is dope. I’ve actually been feeling pretty strongly that democrats need really REALLY reclaim American iconography.

    As a black man in this country, if I see an American flag hanging on someone’s house I immediately get racist vibes. If I see someone with an American flag on a hat, probably racist. Bald eagle…racist.

    That’s not ok. I’m not the only one either, my entire circle has these feelings when we see American iconography at this point.

    It would be really dope for the democrats to consciously and openly claim this images. And it makes sense, because MAGA folks are the least American motherfuckers on the planet.

  33. I strongly believe that the left should reclaim all of these symbols. Just because we don’t base our entire identity on being a “patriot” doesn’t mean that the flag isn’t ours.

    I 100% also want to see the gay community co-opt the hunter/camo/militia cosplay aesthetic, and make those guys super uncomfortable wearing that stuff in public.
