Not only was this woman endangering the migrants’ lives and health but she was also endangering the lives and health of other drivers on the road by driving a van rated for 1890kg of weight with an oversize load. What I mean is that the 31 men collectively weighed more than the van can handle on top of the women and children.
I mention this because we’ve had people get into accidents when they tried stuffing a bunch of people into one van (people from a small village all getting into one van for work purposes) and it ended up badly for everyone involved.
