Putin ratio in Ukraine war is at present 2 to 1 which means he is at critical pivotal point. Putins needs 1 million new troops but putin doesnt have them . He would have to take them from his power bases Muscovites from moscow ect. If he tried they would revolt and his other major power bases would join St Petersburg ect . They would tear putins regime down Duma and the 200 elite family dynastys that control Russian wealth fot themselves. PUTIN at present needs to backfill monthly between 25.000and 30.000 new soldiers to cover the killed and maimed Russians by Ukraine also the service spt pers killed in rear areas oil depots warehouses ammo storage . Recovery crews resupply crews and drivers Ect . By the end of Oct 2024 putin is a tipping point going in too jan 2025 if no backfill he will end up at a ratio of 1 to 1 or 0 To1 you are now finished or at standstill .   38. What you fail to understand is that the Kiev regime forces are depleted, under-resourced, and exhausted. They are in no position to “invade Russia.” This is a desperate provocation by a loser, a last throw of the dice, targeting mainly soft targets, i.e. civilians, and mainly for Western PR purposes. It is a disgusting move by Zelensky and his cabal since it will only result in the further elimination of the remaining Ukrainian troops and achieve nothing. No doubt the endlessly incompetent British and American intelligence services are behind it.
