4. The only reason this attack was able to happen,and be as successful as it is, is because Putin was positive that Ukraine ‘wasnt allowed ‘ to perform an attack like this.

   If Ukraine were able to make strikes into Russia the whole time, then the war would be looking very differently right now, possibly even being finished already.
