So i received both of these ‘invoice’ emails (correctly addressed to my surname) today and last month but i don’t remember actually making a policy and can’t find any trace of a policy in my files etc. and the only time i’ve looked at travel insurance was last year (summer 2023) and i can’t for the life of me remember if i actually took out a policy or not and maybe this is an automated renewal or just a scam? Because they used my name but when i called Postfinance they said they can’t check without me giving a Postfinance account number (which i can’t find one) but said that they usually don’t email customers especially with invoices so it seems a bit weird… just wondering if anyone has experienced something similar?
