  1. Wait. Is that just an unsigned Instagram story??

So it will disappear in a couple of hours. How very impactful 😂😂

  2. I’m no KC fan girl but he has my sympathy here. His speech is totally constrained by his role. If he’s silent, he’s condemned, and if he speaks it’s too much or not enough.

  3. Racism is ugly. The color scheme is…an interesting choice. Given the message and who it’s from.

  4. Maybe it’s a trial balloon of sorts? It’s said that Queen Elizabeth did not make a statement to address the 2011 riots, so keeping quiet in the moment and THEN visiting the community/communities affected is usually the MO. However, Charles has made political opinions in the past fairly apparent, to say the least. He has to navigate a very different culture, speed of information, and level of public demands in the current day.

  5. TIL that the Princes Trust became the Kings Trust. William must be lazy or something…

  6. Condemning racist violence should never be seen as political. The fact that they apparently need to walk on eggshells shows the irrelevance of the monarchy in this day and age.

  7. If you are part of the institution that both bullied and allowed others to bully the Duchess of Sussex for simply being half black, I don’t think you taking a stand against racial violence means much. 🤷‍♂️
