You will be refused bail even if you only watched riots from the sidelines, judge warns

1. Seems a dangerous precedent. What if you were casual walking past, no interest in joining the riots but stopped to see what was happening?

   Doesnt warrant a charge imo

2. I’m curious; was the delightful chap in Leeds who set alight the bus fast tracked by the courts and sent to the slammer?

   While I’m all for locking up the rioters, I *strongly* disagree with this.
