Following the self-inflicted mess that they created, I have received a new letter stating that they are very happy to continue working with us. TBH, If I haven’t had my loan with them I would have left but anyway.
I sent today an e-banking message asking to be called and eventually discuss a new loan for a new project. She just replied that since we have not domiciled our salaries with them, she won’t be calling us and our request is denied.
What a joke, I am not surprise they are willing to close the activity in Luxembourg.
The only reason is that their banking offers are absolutely not competitive compared to BIL, spuerkess or others, even though we already have a loan (and a good spread in their Favour) with them. They were not even ready to provide for free a visa …
On top of this, they blocked our account (including loan payment) once we moved from Luxembourg City (former apartment) to our new purchased apartment (financed by them) with the reason that we would need to provide a new self-certification :’-) triggering additional fees for late payments
