Romanian Internet use is mostly geared towards avoiding interaction with public authorities from what I can tell from Romanian friends’ Internet usage.
Greece transformed to digital the last 2 years. Our life and interaction with the public sector is much more improved. We don’t have to leave our homes in order to get a f!3$+## official document anymore.
