That’s typical Russian state media. RT’s editor-in-chief Margarita Simonyan constantly outputs verbal and written puke like calling for invasion of Ukraine/Belarus/Turkey, praising Lukashenka/Putin, trash-talking Ukraine/the West etc.
This style of “communication” has leaked even to the Russian foreign service. Their social media accounts seem to be run by some teenage vatniks. Hell, Putin’s “articles” on their neighbours is basically the same, just with a bit more politically correct wording.
However, note that ironically one of their favourite tactics for belittling opponents is calling them “hysterical” at every possible chance.
Russia has developed significantly in socio-economic conditions and health indicators in the past 20 years, but my god, the state media and in fact, the entire foreign service remains an absolutely horrible cesspool. It is kind of amazing how incredibly poor communication can such a big and historical country have for decades in a row without any improvements. It’s like they take pride in it or something.
