Unsure of how to get rid of them he noticed a nearby PSNI presence. Given the police role in maintaining public safety, he threw the bricks towards some nearby officers in the hope that they would know where to safely dispose of them.
Any custodial sentence would be a dire miscarriage of justice for a civil-minded young man who only has the interests of his own community at heart.
