All summer it was “Ukraine wont be able to go in offense for a very long time”
Now it seems all of that was planted on purpose, which is super excellent.

The veteran units in Luhansk and Donetsk expect to be rotated out after grinding themselves down against UA defenses. Their best prospect now however is getting to stay where they’re at, even while weakened. Hoping the next counterattack isn’t in their area. Worst prospect though is getting sent into Kursk or Belgorod.
Move war out of Ukraine is good enough reason for me
In this case OPSEC is more important than the US knowing. How about just ya know…. TRUSTING your ally…?

Armchair general here, but this is a breakthrough which if sustainable could break supply lines to the front and cause mass confusion and defeat to R. I hope U has the ability to counter R Air Force. Maybe f16s involved? If there are any restrictions to HIMARS they need to be dropped.
