  2. This is great news! Now we just need to do this in the US. But we won’t get there by slapping 100% tariffs on Chinese EVs.

    If there is one thing US car makers have shown it is that they can’t shift the market quickly to EVs. Elon can’t ramp up production (it never works when he tries).

    What’s more important, shifting to EVs to help with the Climate Crisis or a trade war with China over their EVs?
