2. Petrochemical outgassing and leeching into foods is an area of research that needs much, much more attention. Plastic has become a necessary part of modern life, so learning the dangers is how we learn to mitigate the problems as well as learning when to not use plastic. The effing Oil companies should be encouraging such research for their own longevity instead of killing it.
