i’m surprised they managed to get 15 fire engines into that space
It always struck me that the location of that site was bizarre. Was like turning up to Coronation St and it had a small entrance in the far corner of the street that held a rabbit warren of a huge security print factory behind.
I used to be one of the IT managers for the company that owned the site many years ago (Communisis) – it used to print 80% of the UK’s cheque books (including the ones for the Queen at the time as they did all Coutt’s too).
Was quite sad to see them go bust in December (USA company bought them a few years back after I left and drove it into the ground, combined with companies moving to paperless and not wanting bank statements / clubcard statements / gas statements & cheque or pass books).
I wonder if this kid will suddenly come into money a few years later
Grr the poor owner of that site, now they will just have to build 500 houses on the plot and sell them at a massive profit
Smells like a wonky pub
There’s quite a correlation in Crewe with old properties catching fire and then new houses appearing on the site a few months later

This is the same building that had a huge cannibis grow busted a few month ago
