I don‘t know, but please be aware that local noise restrictions/ordinances (especially nighttime quiet hours and sunday/holiday noise ban) apply to such clocks, too.
If you live in a freestanding single family home, fine. But if you live in a row home or an apartment building, you can expect major problems with the neighbours, the landlord (or your STWEG) and the police.
