I was in Amsterdam for NYE, people were setting fireworks off on the streets, jumping on top of random cars. All countries have this sort of crap tbh
But it’s a traditional celebration, it will probably be tourists and also you can find these situations in literally every city. From London to Amsterdam to Rome, no more useless complaints 🙃
