Put the following into a roasting pan: a bunch of sliced plums, sliced onions, a few crushed garlic cloves, juice from 1 orange, some dashes of five spice powder… and then put some chicken legs rubbed in salt on top… bake at 200C until the chicken is done, around 45 minutes.
