  4. The CEO is right, we need to pull a Morbius with this one and hype the movie intensely AFTER it’s pulled from theatres so that it’s put back in, only for them to lose even more money and never cook again

    Not only does it suck as an adaptation, it’s also such an ass movie

    Holy fuck, this is supposed to be a comedy and it’s genuinely one of the most unfunny movies I’ve seen in years

  12. It’s like 35$ to go to the movies now. If 95 people tell me it’s a bad movie I am not going to gamble my time and money. Get movie theaters to not charge crazy prices and yeah I will go to movies that are 50/50.

  15. I don’t think anybody needed anything other than the trailers to see this was going to be terrible. Even the actors look uninterested

  16. Watch a run-through of Tales from the Borderlands on YouTube. Its far more entertaining than whatever this film is offering.

  20. Give the film a chance, for the first 25 minutes of non-stop exposition. The first two action scenes are skipped over.

  21. The fact that they didn’t even use “ain’t no rest for the wicked” in the promos is proof that this thing is a train wreck. 

    That song and opening were literally the only reason I bought the first game at launch. 

  22. I saw it tonight. the writing was weak. I enjoyed the popcorn though, so it wasn’t a total waste of a night

  24. How about you fire Pirchford? Cause this whole thing is his fault. You had a good script and probably some good ideas for actors, then that asshole came in and wanted his favorite actors in it instead.

  25. I have AMC stubs A-list, the ticket didn’t cost me anything, it was one of my three free weekly movies. I got up and walked out 30 minutes in. It was horrible. I gave it 30 minutes so you don’t have to. Press F to pay your respects.
