  1. What does “Bohemian with some Czech thrown in” even mean?

  2. Savage.

We don’t make exceptions except (don’t ask me why) for Aussies and kiwis

  3. Even if we were in the EU it’d be hard to get an English passport. I don’t think passports were issued prior to 1707.

  4. It’s cute how he thinks that any of that ancestry research, or whatever in the wold 23 and me might have told him, is worth absolutely anything when it comes to getting a passport.

  5. We should push the narrative that we accept Argentina as a European country since our most skilled ancestry tracers moved there. Then we should direct every american thinking that “blood” = “heritage” to Argentina.

  6. Bold of you to assume he’s not already posting here under an Irish flair.

  7. Fuck me… I probably have a better chance getting a Dutch one than he has…. Oma and ompa where Dutch, moved to Australia so they didn’t have to battle the water anymore.

Btw I would happily accept a Dutch passport and a free apartment… I know I’m dreaming but dreams can come true…

  8. the Savage one.

the moment someone goes with “i’m 1/4 X, and 1/8 Y”, you know it’s an american speaking.

  9. With some Czech thrown in has me crying 😂😂😂

  10. Ffs.

Any American can “travel freely” in Europe.

  11. Why are Americans so obsessed with being something else than American? The amount of the saying “oh I’m part…” then proceeds to list 4 decimal precise percentage of them being from every single western European country, always Italian and then some eastern European country.

Like bro, I love my country and I wouldn’t want to be from anywhere else. Does it really suck that much to live in the land of drugs, poverty, gun violence, corrupt failed governments, broken promises and failed dreams?

  12. White person takes dna test. Comes back with white people *shocked pikachu face

  13. None. Instead of a flair, burn them at the stake. Even a savage understands treason.

  14. I always have to wonder how accurate these family trees that supposedly go back hundreds of years are. I can’t imagine record keeping about individuals was even remotely common or reliable for much time before the turn of the 20th century in any one of those countries, never mind being able to follow an unbroken chain of your ancestry through 600+ years and multiple countries.

  15. Something what shows their “YOU-ASS-AY-YOU-ASS-AY!” thing, and meanwhile shines on their “I am 13% german, 37% irish, 22% italian, 10% english, 9% polish, 18% spanish (…)” bullshit too.

But none, please. Having a flair is an honor here. Don’t honor someone American who is so obsessed with their own non-Americanness.

  16. Unironically he could probably get an Irish passport if he proves that great-great-grandpa actually came from Ireland

Some of these countries with citizenships by descent are ridiculous

  17. half the freaking world has our dna doesn’t mean they get EU citizenship rofl
