I will be living in the pool for today. Because 34° is just wayyyyyy to far out of my comfort zone

  1. The doctor told me to trust her and to shower with some pajama or dress on. After the initial, horrible five first minutes, it’s pretty comfortable…

I’m incapable of sweating properly, so normally I’d die by this weather.

  2. This post was sponsored by Willy Naessens.

Saying hi from my Donald Muylle kitchen (not really, just a kitchen).

  3. I might take my dog’s recommendation of rolling around in the grass seriously in a bit. Just gotta find a part where he didn’t poop or pee, I guess.

Other than that: a nice walk in a forest, trees cool everything down.

  4. Gaming with airco in the house 😀
Glad we added it to our renovation plans

  5. Took a flight to Stockholm today for an urgent service call, Copenhagen tomorrow, then back in the evening, with cooler weather and a long weekend incoming.

  6. Rushed a bit at work, we can go home when work for the day us done. Plus my house never really heated up a lot downstairs before it got insulated, and now everything but the roof is insulated.
Finally have saved enough for a new roof, old one can’t be insulated because no “onderdak” and the beams had some woodworm long ago.

  7. I’m just trying to die slow enough so it’s not complete before temperatures are back to 15°. that’s soon, right?

  8. Having a fan blow at me all day while I try to get my work done

  9. Everybody will need airco in 20 years if they stay in Belgium during summer. Might as well install one now.

  10. Normally I’d swim but I broke my arm 2 days ago so I can’t go in the water

  11. My appartment is actually pretty cool. So I keep the windows closed to keep the heat out and put my feet into a bucket of cold water.

  12. Closed curtains and closed windows, spending the whole day in boxershort, not moving too much, having steak tartaar as diner (no warm foods), drinking ice cold water.

  13. Thatch roof, the house is still nice and cool. But if this heat holds on it will eventually penetrate the walls and then there is no escape.

  14. I don’t. Was hot all day at work. When I came back to my car and turned it on the counter said 41°C. So I waited a bit with all my doors open until it was bearable enough to touch my steering wheel

  15. I’m in an office throughout the day with A/C. Windows at home are covered to keep it cool. I visit my parents after work to take a dive in the pool.

  16. spend it outside all afternoon, wich really was ok aslong as i sat still and did not move XD . But it started getting too hot now so i just came indoors. on the bright side it’s 24 inside atm. so we’ll survive.

  17. Same as every other day of the year. Keep breathing and hydrate 😅

  18. Quasi een hele dag in de auto met airco gezeten. Kon veel erger.
