Astronauts trapped on space station could be stuck for eight months

Two astronauts trapped on the International Space Station, may not return to Earth until early 2025.

  10. Some astronauts spend their lives trying to hit that milestone where they get that special patch,

    Some do multiple trips and still don't reach it.

    These folks be getting it on a 8 day trip. Savage.

    Imagine going into space lol. Like is the ocean not scary enough.

    NASA wouldn't announce a rescue schedule if the astronauts couldn't last that long.

  16. I’m mad when my return flight is delayed for 2 hours. I’m imagining how the conversation, at NASA went.
    Scenario
    Engineer walks into the 4 day meeting a day late.
    Manager says “where have you been”? “The 737 max I was on, had to make an emergency landing, the door came off, at 35,000 feet, and a stewardess was sucked out of the plane. THEN the pilot couldn’t keep the plane level, because when he tried to get it over the mountains it kept pushing the nose down” “are you okay” Engineer “I’m traumatized, and need therapy, I woke up screaming and crying last night, I need therapy”.
    Manager ….. “well get over it quickly, cause they’re the cheapest and were sending astronauts up, to ISS, in their vehicle” “Really???”
    Manager “oh come on, how bad could it be…..”
    AND the rest, as they say, is history 😂
