Solar Photovoltaics with Battery Storage Cheaper than Conventional Power Plants

1. I figured my lifetime cost per kWh of solar generated cost $0.05/kWh. Depending on how much I used the battery the cost was between #0.15-0.20 /kWh. I am sure on a larger scale the numbers are smaller but at rates above $0.30/kWh and peaking at $0.50/kWh, batteries have saved me lots of money. I realize this thread is probably about grid scale solar but wanted to point out it can make sense on a smaller scale.
