They should form a new police unit on modified electric motorcycles to patrol and chase these fuckers. Catching one “prolific” phone snatcher and giving him 2 years and no probation afterwards is not enough. The snatchers need to feel pressure of police cracking down on them, otherwise they’ll keep going
