Hi OP, the first picture looks like Deliveroo, on Deliveroo you can request refund for individual items if they arrive in bad condition or are missing, just click the order help bit and submit this picture and request a refund for that item.
If you go to order history, select the order, select order help and then choose “incorrect or fault item”
Never had any issues getting the money back but it’s still annoying to have it happen
Their cookies are great but they are not worth to put up with this. I wouldn’t use Deliveroo too because they dont take responsibility for shitty orders

I ordered a kebab from Abrakebabra one evening after about two pints but it was close to kicking out time.
Unfortunately the guy must have been making them and stockpiling them from 9.00 pm.
It was the soggiest thing I’ve ever attempted to eat. Never again will I order a kebab when I’m sober whilst pubs are emptying.

Had something like this in a salad bar in kenmare recently. Shop advertising a fancy chopped salad for like 7 quid. They had 1 of the ingredients advertised on the poster. Got the impression from the staff that it was like an “oh fuck, somebody has ordered one!”
Yesterday i ordered :
NEW All Star Chicken – Footlong
Rotisserie-style chicken, streaky bacon, American-style cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, red peppers, red onions, crispy onions and garlic & herb sauce.
Of all the ingredients, there was only chicken. I took a photo, made an order complaint trough deliveroo, got a refund. This is however not the 1st time subway does something like this to me, so im thinking it has to be some kind of employee protest/sabotage. Now that i saw your post, im even more convinced.
