  1. This is hardly news to be honest; we’ve known Russian plans for full-scale war against NATO included strikes (including nuclear strikes) deep in the rear for decades. Our planning involved the same kind of strikes against them.

  19. That’s what Navies do. We train for striking Russia with nuclear missiles. That’s what we have the things for.

    We hope we never have to use them but we need to know how to use them if we have to.

    Nuclear shields only work if you are capable to destroy the enemy/world.

  27. Why would any country have atomic bombs if they didn’t train how to use them? To have them stored in a warehouse? Then other nations would figure it out and attack them. Of course they train how to use them. And they also leak this info to the world. This document was leaked by Russia itself. Putin also mentions attacks on Europe and USA weekly. And then has his cronies in state media beg for it right on state TV. It’s the only upper hand Russia has right now. If they didn’t have atomic bombs they would have nothing. They failed at everything else so far.

    It is clear that after the fall of the communism and almost 35 years later a new hybrid war is taking place and this will only intensify but we cannot believe in a full scale direct conflict with the West.

  42. When there is talk about Russia nuclear capabilities, it’s time to check how well the “Special Military Operation” is going. Judging from how things are going around Kursk I am surprised, the not so veiled nuclear threats are not all over the main page.
