It’s not an official jersey, that would have the Logo of the DFB (Deutscher Fußball Bund) instead of Deutschland Fussball. The font is also not a match.
Since it shows 3 stars (each star represents a won worldcup in the official design scheme) it’s probably produced somewhere between 1990 and 2014.
