40. The seemingly most important, if unacknowledged, consideration is that Ukraine is now within striking distance of the Kursk nuclear power plant (NPP). Remember the radioactive cloud going north because of the prevailing winds after the disaster at Chernobyl? If RU dares use a nuclear weapon, Ukraine can retaliate and the NPP will send a radioactive cloud immediately to Moscow, 300 miles due north. This invasion is ridding RU of its nuclear threat through “mutual deterrence” and actually preventing WW3. Truly wonderful news.
