We don’t really accept that nowadays but I don’t think he’s racist. He seems generally pretty accepting of other cultures. In most of those situations he was quoting something that happened along the lines of “someone got fired for saying the word N*****” it’s not like he pointed at someone and said your a N*****. The context matters I can edit a clip of Joe Biden saying that word that doesn’t mean he’s a racist.
He also apologized for causing offense and has stopped using that word for a few years.
