3. They don’t want them spreading news of what’s really happening in Russia. They are being quarantined.

    Resettlement of population into annexed territory is prohibit by international law, this is just a way to argue that the are not resettling but merely evacuating.

    While international law is a silly concept that was never really enforced, it still polite to at least give the impression you are playing by the rules.

29. With all the murder and sadism and rape and lies that the Russians have been up to this is one of the most deviously cynical moves yet. Move your people that are under attack from your victims retaliation to an unsafe area where those who stay will alter the demographic in your favor. They will also potentially act as human shields and partisans if the area is reclaimed by Ukraine. This just shows how the Russian people are less worth less than nothing and only meat for the imperialst ambitions of the Kremlin. Actually very cunning and shows what you can do when human life has no value to you.
