Not to be that guy but didn’t the last foreign incursion on Russian soil actually begin with Operation Barbarossa in 1941? Even the last foreign offensive on Russian soil was Operation Citadel in 1943.
So where are the raiders from the first two raids. They made it back right? So why aren’t they running new raids in other areas right now? It would make perfect sense to have them spread russian troops as thin as possible.
