If you are a member of a union in the sector of “industry of machines”, and you pay a membership fee for it, you will receive this once per year from your employer, they partly reimburse that membership. That is because through the year, in each salary slip, everyone pays a small fee to finance unions. That is, they give you that part back so that you don’t pay twice.
If you are not a paying member of a union … It’s useless paper, you can throw it away.
