  1. Apparently, according to Kicker, Fernando Carlo said: “I don’t really care about Max Eberl, not at all. And I wouldn’t negotiate with him”

    In his follow-up public apology, Carlo later said (according to BILD):”I’m an emotional person. I made the statements about Max Eberl in an informal exchange with Leverkusen fans. I didn’t intend for them to spread in this form. But that doesn’t chance anything about the statement, for which I hereby apologize”

  3. As an outsider I find that hilarious, German club heads are so direct and unhinged but when it’s done back to them they get all pissy

  4. I’m just glad because of this the Tah’s deal is failing. That would have been a real disaster

  5. I’m a Bayern fan but that coming from Bayern is hilarious. Not long ago they launched personal attacks on Tottenham’s Levy

  6. Nothing burger. Obviously other German clubs are bitter towards Bayern. Be a bit weird if they weren’t
