[Sam Lee LMT Podcast] Apparently, Rodri went off the grid following his Euro win with Spain, with City unable to locate the player throughout his holiday. The club was unable to assess the injury the Spaniard picked up as he ignored any contact from them until it was time to come back into training

Good, I ignore all work when I’m on vacation as well.
He probably knows he’ll be playing 60+ games this season and wants to decompress and be alone. I don’t blame him 😂
The guy probably just needed a few weeks to himself to unplug and not think about work.
Rodri… Get your ass back to Manchester, its pissing it down today so PERFECT weather, you can rest in the cafeteria
Rodri taking my approach to annual leave.
That’s… not very cool
Good on him.
FYI this was definitely discussed light heartedly by Sam on the podcast. Man just wanted his well earned rest
Not a city fan got linked in here via r/soccer . So what, man went on holidays.
Good for him.
I’m glad most people here agree with him. When you’re on leave you don’t want to be talking to your employer.
Everybody saying good for him but this shows some level of unhappiness. You can’t tell me differently.
asking for a friend who has him in the FPL team. Is he fit for Sunday?
I don’t like the sound of this at all. He mentioned that he needed a break last season, I hope we haven’t pushed him too hard
He better win PFA player of the year .
Let the man recharge cause this season is gonna be fire
respect.
Rodri is that guy at work who knows he is completely immune to rules because he is so good at his job and irreplaceable he can just do what he wants
Based
Fair, it’s his time off
No issue at all
Man deserved a real vacation
