At the Kolotilovka Border Checkpoint, Russian Forces from the 155th Marine Brigade committed a war crime. A video shows that they seem to have cut off a head of a Ukrainian soldier’s corpse and put it on a spike. This violates Article 15 & 16 of the 1st Geneva Convention for mutilating & despoiling.
