We have a neighbor which trash cans were always right in front of their house. But lately they threw away some very nasty stuff (food too I guess) and it smells so damn bad. Even from 10 meters away. Everyone I see avoids to walk by this house.
They even poor some dirty and really nasty liquid, maybe pee, beside their trash cans.
Is there anything I can do as the neighbor?

If it’s an actual health hazard (unlikely though) inform the local Gesundheitsamt.

Gewerbe Aufsicht. Complain at Amt.
Take a bucket of water and rinse it away?
