If you’re not having tonnes of unprotected gay sex or sex with people who are having tonnes you unprotected sex Monkeypox is a non issue. It’s more funny seeing everyone fall over themselves to change the name because someone found it offensive

I work in a job that involves interacting with peoples half eaten food, accidentally touching hands occassionaly when exchanging goods (and handling change), and involves a significant amount of tourists. Yay.

Well it was spread mostly by sex the last time so no need for most on here to worry.
Honestly being called ‘monkeypox’ makes it feel a fair bit more substantial and tangible a threat than ‘covid-19’.
