Are there free parking spots nearby? If not, then it’s clear and as I remember even legal.
Wuuut? My deepest apologies to OP, but have you ever travelled outside the Baltics? This is not about the near/slavic people talk. This is a topic about correct infrastructure, fair[high] fines, and people as themselves. In Norway, Finland/Nordic countries, you will see this kind of stuff almost never, as your car will be towed almost immediately, but the same Greece will surprise you so much more compared to this pic!
Because Latvians are just Russians from Wish.
Some people are just assholes. Assholes can be seen in any country. The problem is that as a tourist most of the time you just never get to really meet them. But once you live somewhere for a while, you see same things – assholes. Assholes everywhere.
