Looks like Llangors lake. I’ve fished it many times and have seen filming going on, and even been asked to get out of shot.!

There is a website showing filming locations
The majority of shots are done on Yr Eifl and more specifically the granite quarry sat on Mynydd Gwaith, I used to live and ran daily on that mountain for 8 years so know it well.
Then some other shots are from Newborough forest on Anglesey looking back at Yr Eifl and the Llyn Peninsula.
That’s my land. I don’t want you here.
You’ll find the Hand of the King in a cafe in Rhuthun every now and then.
