  1. The meat industry is a nasty shit pit of cruelty and filth.

  2. You have big sheds, but nobody’s allowed in. And inside these big sheds are twenty-foot-high chickens, because of all the chemicals you’ve put in ‘em, and these chickens are scared! They don’t know why they’re so big! They go “Oh, why am I so massive?” And they’re looking down at all the other little chickens and they think they’re in an aeroplane because all the other chickens are so small.

  3. Hay not fair! I was down voted for saying that consumers of supermarket chicken lead to animal cruelty 🙄

  4. It’s also worth remembering that free range broiler chickens are usually the same breed, and therefore suffer in the same way.

  5. They were much smaller a century ago, now they grow so big they can’t stand on their own legs

  6. “I’ll eat every fucking chicken in this room” – The Hound.

  7. With regards to all animal products, not just chickens. Consumers hate to admit it but they are all complicit in animal cruelty. They just do not want to admit it because it would also mean having to accept that they are not against animal cruelty like they profess to be.
