Hi Leute,
Can someone help me explain what this letter is about? It looks like COEO wants to collect money from me on behalf of Vattenfall. It seems weird because Vattenfall always debits my electricity bill from my bank account and I’ve never delayed any payment. Besides, I’ve never received any letters from Vattenfall before receiving this letter from the debt collection agency.

Find out what the 13.48 are for but first contact the collection company asap bec Vattenfall will definitely redirect you immediately to them. The collection company might give you an invoice number or something else and then you can ask Vattenfall if you don’t find the document
well they wanted 13,48€ from you but it seems that you have missed or ignored their letters for months. get in contact with the debt collection company and maybe make sure that Vattenfall has your correct adress
