It works, but here is the question: would an average user from Lithuania actually use or expect interfaces in Lithuanian?
For some countries we have seen that users prefer English to a translation to their language made by non-native.
What is the Lithuanian position on this matter?

There are those who prefer English everywhere and there are those who prefer Lithuanian even though they know English very well. I know both and think that it would definitely put your page in a positive light.
