I have a pre existing condition. There was a time in my life when I sold insurance. I discovered that I could sell group health insurance and it did not matter if ppl had pre existing conditions.
When the concept of Obama care came about, it would have made sense to me if the risks were spread evenly among all insurers. The problem then becomes, that would limit individual choice.
