2. Saw this headline while still half asleep. Read it as “Kosovo allegedly captured by Ukrainian Army.” I was very confused…

6. What kind of fortifications were built in Korenovo? I know there were several hundred Russian troops stationed there, so I am hoping they were captured without much of a fight.

   Ukraines ability to use existing fortifications are especially important if it wants to hold onto the territory it has taken.

7. As someone that’s geographically ignorant what would the equivalent of this be if Mexico or Canada made a similar incursion in the US?

10. When we saw Wagner go unimpeded through Russia it certainly shed a lot of light on exactly how soft Russia is away from their battle lines. I have no doubt if Ukraine can get behind Russian battle lines it is a straight shot through the country! This is the first salvo. I hope they exploit other obvious places to them.

    From there, road E38 is within artillery range. It’s a long way to Kursk but they can disrupt traffic to the border.
