3. Sooo, like everywhere else that functions off of an HOA style system, they didn’t charge enough / allocate enough money to pay for future upkeep? Then they are upset now that they have to realize the full cost of maintenance while they are still the owner? As opposed to selling it off “as-is” for the next poor soul to deal with? Colour me shocked.

4. Your state is stated to sink into the Atlantic in the next century. Hurricane season gets worse every year. Your entire industry is built around tourism. Healthcare and education in the state is abysmal.

   And people keep electing politicians that keeping making everything worse.
